Returns & Exchanges
Gearbros is always committed to meeting your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with something you purchased from us, you may return it within 3 days of the received date and we will be happy to exchange that item.
However, please note the following terms and conditions:
- We have a strict policy of not accepting items that have been used. If you would like to return an item, it must be in its original condition with tags attached, and accompanied by the receipt, within 3 working days of receiving it. However, we may accept items returned after 3 working days at our discretion.
- Exchanged items must be of equal or higher value, and no cash refund will be provided.
- In the case of manufacturing defects, Gearbros will issue a credit note with validity for 2 months. The credit note can be used to purchase products of the same or higher value, and customers must pay the difference in Cash or by Card.
- Products can be exchanged from our warehouse or online.
- Please note that there is no exchange or refund on discounted products.
